Cube Clasher — FAQ
Is it multiplayer? Yes. You can play online PvP with a friend, or play against an AI opponent.
How does the shared board work? Both players place blocks on the same 8×8 board in turns. Filling a full row or column clears it and scores points. Because blocks stay on the board, each move also reduces the space available to your opponent. When no block can be placed, the match ends.
How do I invite a friend? Create a room and share the 6-letter room code, an invite link, or let your friend scan the QR code on your screen.
What happens if someone disconnects in PvP? They can rejoin and continue the same match. If an opponent doesn't return, the AI can take over so the match still finishes.
Is it free? Yes. It is free to play with ads, and an optional one-time in-app purchase removes the ads.
Is internet required? Only for online PvP and the global leaderboard. Matches against the AI can be played offline.
How does the AI work? It changes behaviour with the score: greedy and line-chasing when behind, blocking your lines when ahead, and survival-focused when the board is nearly full.
Where can I get it? On the App Store (iPhone) and Google Play (Android phones): https://apps.apple.com/app/id6761011481 · https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=games.takoruvid.cubeclasher
Which languages are supported? English, Traditional Chinese and Japanese.
Do I need an account? No. The leaderboard only asks for a 3-letter arcade tag.
What platforms is it on? iOS and Android (phones).
Can I keep the game audio in my video? Yes. There is no background music, and the sound effects are licensed (Mixkit Sound Effects Free License) for use in videos and social media. Please don't extract or redistribute the sound files themselves.
