Privacy Policy — Poker Grid Battle
This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, used, and shared when you play Poker Grid Battle (the "Game"), available as an iOS app and in the browser. We keep collection to the minimum the Game needs to run, to power the online leaderboard and 1v1 matches, and to show ads in the app.
1. Information We Do Not Collect Directly
Poker Grid Battle does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, or photos.
2. Anonymous Sign-In
When you open the app, it signs in anonymously through Firebase Anonymous Authentication and receives a random anonymous ID. This ID lets us recognise your leaderboard entries and tell players apart during online matches. It is not linked to any real-world identity, and you never provide an account, email, or password.
3. Online Leaderboard
Poker Grid Battle offers a public global leaderboard. When you set a new personal best, the Game stores the following in our database (Google Firebase Firestore):
- The 3-letter tag you type in yourself (arcade-style initials)
- Your score
- A country code (currently a fixed "US" / "UNK" — we do not detect your location)
- The time the score was set
- Your anonymous ID
The tag and score are shown publicly on the leaderboard, so please do not enter anything that identifies you. There is one entry per run. To prevent cheating, entries cannot be edited or deleted from within the app — if you want an entry removed, email us and we will delete it.
4. Online 1v1 Matches
When you play an online 1v1 match, the match data is stored in Firestore so both players stay in sync: the 6-character room code, both players' anonymous IDs, the random seed, the moves made, and the result. This match data automatically expires and is deleted a few days after the match (a time-to-live setting).
5. Local Storage
Your settings (language, sound, haptics) and your personal best are stored only on your device. This data stays on your device and is not sent to any external server, except for the optional leaderboard and match data described above.
6. Advertising
The app version shows banner and interstitial advertisements through Google AdMob. To serve and measure these ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may use your device's advertising identifier (such as Apple's IDFA) and related device information. The web version has no ads.

7. Tracking & Consent
- App Tracking Transparency (iOS): on first launch, iOS asks whether you allow tracking. If you decline, the Game works exactly the same and you simply see non-personalised ads. You can change this any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
- EEA / UK / Switzerland: you are shown Google's consent form (UMP) before ads load, and you can change your choice at any time in the Game under Settings › Privacy options.
8. In-App Purchase
The Game offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. Payment is processed by Apple — we never receive your payment information. Removing ads stops all advertising and its associated data collection in the app.
9. Your Choices
- Ads: buy "Remove Ads", decline the iOS tracking prompt, or adjust Google's consent form for non-personalised ads.
- Leaderboard: you choose whether to save a score and what tag to enter; email us to remove an entry.
- Everything local: deleting the app removes all on-device data.
10. Children's Privacy
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. The leaderboard tag field is limited to three letters.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The updated version will be marked with a new effective date.

本隱私政策說明當您遊玩 Poker Grid Battle（以下稱「本遊戲」，提供 iOS App 版與瀏覽器版）時，您的資訊如何被蒐集、使用與分享。我們僅蒐集本遊戲運作、支援全球排行榜與線上 1v1 對戰、以及在 App 內投放廣告所需的最低限度資料。
1. 我們不會直接蒐集的資訊
Poker Grid Battle 不需要您建立帳號。我們不會蒐集您的姓名、電子郵件、電話號碼、精確位置、聯絡人或照片。
2. 匿名登入
開啟 App 時，本遊戲會透過 Firebase 匿名驗證（Anonymous Authentication）自動登入，取得一組隨機的匿名 ID。這組 ID 用來在排行榜上認出「您的」紀錄，並在線上對戰時分辨玩家。它不會與任何真實身分連結，您也不需要提供帳號、電子郵件或密碼。
3. 線上排行榜
Poker Grid Battle 提供公開的全球排行榜。當您刷新個人紀錄時，本遊戲會將以下資訊存入我們的資料庫（Google Firebase Firestore）：
- 您自行輸入的 3 個字母代號（街機式縮寫）
- 您的分數
- 國家代碼（目前固定為「US」／「UNK」——我們不偵測您的位置）
- 該分數的送出時間
- 您的匿名 ID
代號與分數會公開顯示在排行榜上，因此請勿輸入任何可辨識您身分的內容。每一局一筆紀錄。為防止作弊，紀錄無法在 App 內修改或刪除——若您希望移除某筆紀錄，請來信，我們會將其刪除。
4. 線上 1v1 對戰
當您進行線上 1v1 對戰時，對戰資料會存入 Firestore 以讓雙方同步:6 碼房號、雙方的匿名 ID、亂數種子、每一手棋步與勝負結果。這些對戰資料會在對局結束後的幾天內自動到期並刪除（TTL 存活時間設定）。
5. 本機儲存
您的設定（語言、音效、震動）與個人最高分僅儲存在您的裝置上。這些資料保留在您的裝置，不會傳送至任何外部伺服器，上述選填的排行榜與對戰資料除外。
6. 廣告
App 版透過 Google AdMob 顯示橫幅與插頁廣告。為投放與衡量廣告，Google Mobile Ads SDK 可能使用您裝置的廣告識別碼（例如 Apple 的 IDFA）與相關裝置資訊。網頁版沒有廣告。

7. 追蹤與同意

9. 您的選擇
- 廣告：購買「移除廣告」、拒絕 iOS 追蹤提示，或調整 Google 同意視窗以取得非個人化廣告。
- 排行榜：您可自行決定是否儲存分數及輸入的代號;要移除紀錄請來信。
- 所有本機資料：刪除 App 即可移除所有裝置上的資料。
10. 兒童隱私
本遊戲不以 13 歲以下兒童為對象，我們也不會在知情下蒐集其個人資訊。排行榜代號欄位限定為三個字母。

我們可能會不定期更新本政策，以反映我們實務的變更或基於法律等原因。更新版本會以新的生效日期標示。

本プライバシーポリシーは、Poker Grid Battle（以下「本ゲーム」。iOS アプリ版およびブラウザ版を提供）をプレイする際に、お客様の情報がどのように収集・利用・共有されるかを説明するものです。当社は、本ゲームの動作、オンラインリーダーボードと 1v1 対戦の提供、およびアプリ内での広告表示に必要な最小限の情報のみを収集します。
1. 当社が直接収集しない情報
Poker Grid Battle はアカウントの作成を必要としません。氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、正確な位置情報、連絡先、写真を収集することはありません。
2. 匿名サインイン
アプリを起動すると、Firebase 匿名認証（Anonymous Authentication）を通じて匿名でサインインし、ランダムな匿名 ID を取得します。この ID は、リーダーボード上で「お客様の」記録を識別し、オンライン対戦時にプレイヤーを区別するために使われます。実在の身元とは関連付けられず、アカウント・メールアドレス・パスワードを提供する必要はありません。
3. オンラインリーダーボード
Poker Grid Battle は公開のグローバルリーダーボードを提供しています。自己ベストを更新すると、本ゲームは以下の情報を当社のデータベース（Google Firebase Firestore）に保存します：
- お客様が自分で入力する 3 文字のタグ（アーケード風のイニシャル）
- スコア
- 国コード（現在は「US」／「UNK」で固定 — 位置情報は検出しません）
- スコアを記録した日時
- お客様の匿名 ID
タグとスコアはリーダーボードで公開されるため、個人を特定できる内容は入力しないでください。1 プレイにつき 1 件です。不正防止のため、記録をアプリ内で編集・削除することはできません。記録の削除をご希望の場合は、当社までメールでご連絡いただければ削除いたします。
4. オンライン 1v1 対戦
オンライン 1v1 対戦をプレイすると、両プレイヤーの同期のため、対戦データが Firestore に保存されます:6 文字のルームコード、両プレイヤーの匿名 ID、乱数シード、指し手、および勝敗結果です。この対戦データは、対局終了後の数日以内に自動的に期限切れとなり削除されます（TTL 設定）。
5. ローカルストレージ
設定（言語・音声・触覚）と自己ベストは、お客様のデバイス上にのみ保存されます。これらのデータはデバイス上に保持され、上記の任意のリーダーボードおよび対戦データを除き、外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。
6. 広告
アプリ版は Google AdMob を通じてバナー広告およびインタースティシャル広告を表示します。広告の配信と測定のため、Google Mobile Ads SDK はお客様のデバイスの広告識別子（Apple の IDFA など）および関連するデバイス情報を使用する場合があります。ウェブ版に広告はありません。

7. トラッキングと同意
- App Tracking Transparency（iOS）:初回起動時に、iOS はトラッキングを許可するかどうかを尋ねます。拒否した場合でも本ゲームの動作はまったく同じで、非パーソナライズド広告が表示されるだけです。この設定は iOS の 設定 › プライバシーとセキュリティ › トラッキング でいつでも変更できます。
- EEA／英国／スイス:広告の読み込み前に Google の同意フォーム（UMP）が表示され、ゲーム内の 設定 › プライバシーオプション でいつでも選択を変更できます。
8. アプリ内課金
本ゲームは一度限りの「広告を削除」購入を提供しています。支払いは Apple が処理し、当社がお客様の支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。広告を削除すると、アプリ内のすべての広告およびそれに伴うデータ収集が停止します。
9. お客様の選択
- 広告:「広告を削除」を購入する、iOS のトラッキング要求を拒否する、または Google の同意フォームを調整して非パーソナライズド広告にできます。
- リーダーボード:スコアを保存するかどうか、入力するタグはお客様が選べます;記録の削除はメールでご依頼ください。
- すべてのローカルデータ:アプリを削除すると、デバイス上のすべてのデータが削除されます。
10. 児童のプライバシー
本ゲームは 13 歳未満の児童を対象としておらず、児童の個人情報を故意に収集することはありません。リーダーボードのタグ入力欄は 3 文字に制限されています。
11. 本ポリシーの変更
当社は、実務の変更を反映するため、または法的その他の理由により、本ポリシーを随時更新することがあります。更新版は新しい発効日で示されます。
