This Privacy Policy describes how your information is handled when you play Splarashii Go (the "Game"), available in the browser and as a mobile app.
1. Information We Do Not Collect Directly
Splarashii Go does not require you to create an account. We do not directly collect, store, or transmit personal information such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number.
2. Online Leaderboard
Splarashii Go offers an optional global leaderboard. If you choose to submit a score, the Game uploads the following to our leaderboard database:
- A 3-letter player tag that you type in yourself (arcade-style initials)
- Your score / credits and an approximate country / region code
Submitting a score does not require an account — the submission is anonymous and is not linked to your name, email, or any personal identity. Submitted tags and scores are visible to other players in the leaderboard. To have an entry removed, contact us and we will delete it.
3. Local Storage
The Game uses your browser's or device's local storage to save game progress, local best scores, and preferences (such as sound and language). This data stays on your device and is not sent to any external server, except for the optional leaderboard submissions described above.
4. Children's Privacy
The Game is intended for general audiences. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The updated version will be marked with a new "Last updated" date.

Splarashii Go 提供選填的全球排行榜。若您選擇提交分數，本遊戲會將以下資訊上傳至我們的排行榜資料庫：
- 您自行輸入的 3 個字母玩家代號（街機式縮寫）
- 您的分數／點數與概略的國家／地區代碼
提交分數不需要帳號——該提交為匿名，不會與您的姓名、電子郵件或任何個人身分連結。提交的代號與分數會在排行榜中對其他玩家顯示。若您希望移除某筆紀錄，請聯絡我們，我們會將其刪除。
3. 本機儲存
本遊戲使用您瀏覽器或裝置的本機儲存來保存遊戲進度、本機最佳分數與偏好設定（例如音效與語言）。這些資料保留在您的裝置上，不會傳送至任何外部伺服器，第 2 節所述的選填排行榜提交除外。
4. 兒童隱私
本遊戲適合一般大眾。我們不會刻意蒐集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資訊。
5. 政策變更
我們可能會不定期更新本政策，以反映我們實務的變更或基於法律等原因。更新版本會以新的「最後更新」日期標示。

本プライバシーポリシーは、Splarashii Go（以下「本ゲーム」。ブラウザ版およびモバイルアプリ版を提供）をプレイする際に、お客様の情報がどのように取り扱われるかを説明するものです。
1. 当社が直接収集しない情報
Splarashii Go はアカウントの作成を必要としません。氏名、メールアドレス、住所、電話番号などの個人情報を当社が直接収集・保存・送信することはありません。
2. オンラインリーダーボード
Splarashii Go では任意のグローバルリーダーボードを提供しています。スコアを送信することを選択した場合、本ゲームは以下の情報を当社のリーダーボードデータベースにアップロードします：
- お客様が自分で入力する 3 文字のプレイヤータグ（アーケード風のイニシャル）
- スコア／クレジットおよび大まかな国／地域コード
スコアの送信にアカウントは不要です。送信は匿名で行われ、お客様の氏名、メールアドレス、その他の個人を特定できる情報とは関連付けられません。送信されたタグとスコアは、リーダーボード内で他のプレイヤーに表示されます。登録を削除したい場合は、当社までご連絡いただければ削除いたします。
3. ローカルストレージ
本ゲームは、ゲームの進行状況、ローカルのベストスコア、設定（音声や言語など）を保存するために、ブラウザまたはデバイスのローカルストレージを使用します。これらのデータはお客様のデバイス上に保持され、第 2 節に記載の任意のリーダーボード送信を除き、外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。
4. 児童のプライバシー
本ゲームは一般の利用者を対象としています。当社は 13 歳未満の児童から故意に個人情報を収集することはありません。
5. 本ポリシーの変更
当社は、実務の変更を反映するため、または法的その他の理由により、本ポリシーを随時更新することがあります。更新版は新しい「最終更新日」で示されます。
