Privacy Policy — Splarashii Go
This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, used, and shared when you play Splarashii Go (the "Game"), available in the browser and as a mobile app. We keep collection to the minimum the Game needs to run and to show ads.
1. Information We Do Not Collect Directly
Splarashii Go does not require you to create an account. We do not directly collect, store, or transmit personal information such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number.
2. Advertising
The Game shows advertisements through Google AdMob. To serve, measure, and prevent fraud on these ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect:
- Your device's advertising identifier (such as Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID) and similar device identifiers
- A coarse, city-level location estimated from your IP address
- Which ads you were shown and interacted with
- App-launch and interaction events
- Diagnostic data such as crashes and performance

3. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On first launch, iOS asks whether you allow tracking. If you allow it, ads may be personalised using your advertising identifier. If you decline, the Game works exactly the same and you simply see non-personalised ads. You can change this any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
4. Online Leaderboard
Splarashii Go offers an optional global leaderboard. If you choose to submit a score, the Game uploads the following to our database (Google Firebase Firestore):
- A 3-letter player tag that you type in yourself (arcade-style initials)
- Your score and the time it was set
Submitting a score does not require an account — the Game signs in anonymously, and the submission is not linked to your name, email, or any personal identity. Submitted tags and scores are visible to other players in the leaderboard. Please do not enter anything that identifies you. To have an entry removed, contact us and we will delete it.
5. Local Storage
The Game uses your browser's or device's local storage to save game progress, local best scores, whether you have removed ads, and preferences (such as sound, haptics, language, and tutorial settings). This data stays on your device and is not sent to any external server, except for the optional leaderboard submissions described above.
6. Your Choices & Opting Out
- Remove Ads: purchasing "Remove Ads" stops all advertising and its associated data collection.
- On iOS: decline the tracking prompt, or turn it off in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, for non-personalised ads.
- On Android: Settings › Google › Ads, and select "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization."
- Leaderboard: you choose whether to save a score and what tag to enter.
- Everything local: deleting the app removes all on-device data.
7. Children's Privacy
The Game is intended for general audiences. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. The leaderboard tag field is limited to three letters and filtered.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The updated version will be marked with a new "Last updated" date.

3. App 追蹤透明度（iOS）

5. 本機儲存
本遊戲使用您瀏覽器或裝置的本機儲存來保存遊戲進度、本機最佳分數、是否已移除廣告，以及偏好設定（例如音效、觸覺回饋、語言與教學設定）。這些資料保留在您的裝置上，不會傳送至任何外部伺服器，上述選填排行榜提交除外。
6. 您的選擇與退出
- 移除廣告：購買「移除廣告」即可停止所有廣告及其相關的資料蒐集。
- iOS：拒絕追蹤提示，或於 設定 › 隱私權與安全性 › 追蹤 中關閉，即可獲得非個人化廣告。
- Android：設定 › Google › 廣告，選擇「刪除廣告 ID」或「退出廣告個人化」。
- 排行榜：您可自行決定是否儲存分數以及輸入的代號。
- 所有本機資料：刪除 App 即可移除所有裝置上的資料。
7. 兒童隱私
本遊戲適合一般大眾。我們不會刻意蒐集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資訊。排行榜代號欄位限定為三個字母並經過過濾。
8. 政策變更
我們可能會不定期更新本政策，以反映我們實務的變更或基於法律等原因。更新版本會以新的「最後更新」日期標示。

本プライバシーポリシーは、Splarashii Go（以下「本ゲーム」。ブラウザ版およびモバイルアプリ版を提供）をプレイする際に、お客様の情報がどのように収集・利用・共有されるかを説明するものです。当社は、本ゲームの動作および広告の表示に必要な最小限の情報のみを収集します。

3. App Tracking Transparency（iOS）
初回起動時に、iOS はトラッキングを許可するかどうかを尋ねます。許可した場合、広告はお客様の広告識別子を用いてパーソナライズされることがあります。拒否した場合でも本ゲームの動作はまったく同じで、非パーソナライズド広告が表示されるだけです。この設定は iOS の 設定 › プライバシーとセキュリティ › トラッキング でいつでも変更できます。
4. オンラインリーダーボード
Splarashii Go では任意のグローバルリーダーボードを提供しています。スコアを送信することを選択した場合、本ゲームは以下の情報を当社のデータベース（Google Firebase Firestore）にアップロードします：
- お客様が自分で入力する 3 文字のプレイヤータグ（アーケード風のイニシャル）
- スコアおよびその達成日時
スコアの送信にアカウントは不要です。本ゲームは匿名でサインインし、送信内容はお客様の氏名、メールアドレス、その他の個人を特定できる情報とは関連付けられません。送信されたタグとスコアは、リーダーボード内で他のプレイヤーに表示されます。個人を特定できる内容は入力しないでください。登録を削除したい場合は、当社までご連絡いただければ削除いたします。
5. ローカルストレージ
本ゲームは、ゲームの進行状況、ローカルのベストスコア、広告を削除したかどうか、および設定（音声、触覚フィードバック、言語、チュートリアル設定など）を保存するために、ブラウザまたはデバイスのローカルストレージを使用します。これらのデータはお客様のデバイス上に保持され、上記の任意のリーダーボード送信を除き、外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。
6. お客様の選択とオプトアウト
- 広告の削除：「広告を削除」を購入すると、すべての広告およびそれに伴うデータ収集が停止します。
- iOS：トラッキングの許可を拒否する、または 設定 › プライバシーとセキュリティ › トラッキング でオフにすると、非パーソナライズド広告になります。
- Android：設定 › Google › 広告 で「広告 ID を削除」または「広告のパーソナライズをオプトアウト」を選択します。
- リーダーボード：スコアを保存するかどうか、入力するタグはお客様が選べます。
- すべてのローカルデータ：アプリを削除すると、デバイス上のすべてのデータが削除されます。
7. 児童のプライバシー
本ゲームは一般の利用者を対象としています。当社は 13 歳未満の児童から故意に個人情報を収集することはありません。リーダーボードのタグ入力欄は 3 文字に制限され、フィルタリングされています。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
当社は、実務の変更を反映するため、または法的その他の理由により、本ポリシーを随時更新することがあります。更新版は新しい「最終更新日」で示されます。
